Experience a 3-week "Taste of Meditation"

Each time we come together you will experience a different approach in order to explore meditation. We spend some time discussing our experiences together afterward each meditation session.

Led by our Yoga instructor Tannice Goddard. Tannice has led silent retreats and continually explores and expands her personal meditation practice using sound waves, non-dual meditation and experience sitting after yoga. She has Shamanic training and training in Holotropic Breathwork.
